Big batching units of Willy Grob have a winding capacity which is about 10 times higher than regular winding inside of the weaving machine. Our machinery continuously controls the fabric tension and guarantees therefore a constant fabric tension from the empty to the full batch. The operating concept is well designed and therefore easy understandable. Thanks to a wide range of modular options, Willy Grob batching units offer the decisive added value for the future of innovative weaving companies. In combination with cloth inspection, there are additional possibilities available to check the quality of the fabric.
