To facilitate the ejecting of the heavy batches, there is the option to install an ejecting system. Manual versions as well as electrical versions are available.
This option allows the sidewise movement of the complete batch winder. The distance can be selected according to the needs of the fabric, allowing to avoid a build-up of the cloth in the selvedge area.
Thanks to the usage of a pressure tube an increase of the roll density can be achieved when winding fabrics. Additionally the development of creases can be limited and the adhesion of the fabric at the start of the winding process can be increased.
Each winder can be equipped with an inspection table. The control of the fabric quality is conducted between the weaving machine and the batching unit.
